*A 2030 District Administrator is defined as staff or contractor of a 2030 District. 2030 Districts may not charge members for access to the Small Commercial Toolkit and the Technical Tools.
*A 2030 District Property Member is defined as a building owner or manager that has signed on official commitment/pledge letter with a 2030 District.
*A 2030 District Professional Service Providers Member is defined as a professional services organization that has signed on official commitment/pledge letter with a 2030 District.
