Building Healthy Places: Enhancing Health in the Built Environment

Building Healthy Places: Enhancing Health in the Built Environment

At our WELL Building Standard event this fall we learned how the built environment can have a profound effect upon our health and productivity. The Urban Land Institute has identified 21 evidence based strategies to promote health at the building or project level, organized around physical activity, healthy food and drinking water, and healthy environment and social well being. Rachel MacCleery, Senior Vice President of ULI, will speak about recommended strategies and potential partnerships to advance human health.

This event, co-hosted with The Business Council of Fairfield County, will be held on March 6th at 12:00pm in the Landmark Conference Center.
