The Seattle Clean Buildings Accelerator—a no-cost technical support and training program for building owners and operators to meet the requirements of the Washington Clean Buildings law and reduce carbon emissions.
There are two resource pathways to use:
- A self-education pathway with pre-recorded webinars, common energy and carbon reduction opportunities, checklists, templates, and examples for how to identify targets, energy efficiency and emissions reduction opportunities. This resource is available to all audiences and building types who need to comply with the WA Clean Building law (buildings that are 50,000 square feet or larger).
- Tailored support, including live virtual workshops, site-specific virtual energy walk throughs, and expert review of documents, project identification and prioritization. Up to 30 participants in 2022 – with spaces reserved for frontline communities as well as Seattle City Light customers in suburban cities.
