The Russell Investments Center offers a wide variety of transportation amenities to its tenants to reduce single occupancy commutes. It all starts with secure storage for 147 bikes in the parking garage. Then there are reserved vanpool and EV (with charing stations) parking spaces as well as onsite car share options. These accommodations have lowered the drive-alone rate to 14%, which distinguishes the Center as a Gold level Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Champion by the City of Seattle (achieving a drive alone rate of 50%+ below network target).
