GBA launches "Small Commercial Building" program, expands Pittsburgh 2030 Team

Thanks to an award from the US Department of Energy, Green Building Alliance (convening organization for the Pittsburgh 2030 District) has launched a targeted focus on energy efficiency in small commercial properties (less than 50,000 s.f.) in Downtown Pittsburgh.  GBA’s effort will mirror a national initiative organized by Architecture 2030 and Lawrence Berkeley National labs with focuses in Seattle, Cleveland, and San Jose.

As part of the Department of Energy grant, GBA is pleased to announce that Andrea Lavin Kossis has joined the Pittsburgh 2030 Team as the district’s Property Specialist.
