Session January 27th 8 am-9:15 am
Join the Dallas 2030 District in collaboration with the North Central Texas Council of Governments, ONCOR and the Texas Pace Authority for a session on available programs for commercial real estate facilities. In this session, we will be discussing programs offered by our community members that will help building owners and managers to achieve the 2030 goals through current incentives, low to no cost programs and other resources. The North Central Texas Council of Governments will touch on transportation elements and provide a variety of on-site employer transportation efficiency options, employee trip reduction resources, electric vehicle and charging station information, and air quality partnerships.
Oncor Electric Delivery is the largest electric utility in Texas, serving more than 10 million customers. Oncor is characterized by its solid commitment to helping its customers improve their energy efficiency, and they run some of the largest incentive programs in the state. We will discuss an overview of the commercial incentive programs and updates and changes 2021 vs. 2022.
To date, the City of Dallas PACE program facilitated more than $46 million in new energy and water saving improvements to commercial property with applications pending that could double this investment in 2022. Hear how the Dallas Property Assessed Clean Energy - PACE program can work for you, complementing utility and local government incentives, historic and new market tax credits and even Opportunity Zones in the City of Dallas.
