Bring your lunch to City Hall and join us for an informative presentation on the WELL Building and WELL Community Standards. Because we spend 90% of our time indoors, the WELL Building Standard was developed to answer the question of "How can our built environment positively impact our health?" The WELL Building Standard combines scientific and medical research with building innovation and techniques. Through a combination of 100 features, designers can start to incorporate strategies to improve occupant health and productivity. The WELL Community Standard pilot builds upon the WELL Building Standard and is a district-scale rating system that sets new benchmarks for healthy communities.
