Graphet Data Mining Trainers:
Tim Hertel, C.E.M., LEED GA, is a Lead Engineer for Graphet Data Mining, is responsible for championing energy efficiency projects in large industrial and commercial facilities across the United States. He extracts insights and delivers value to customers using his technical systems experience in HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, and lighting systems combined with complex energy data analysis. Previously, he held positions in sustainability and energy management with JLL and Toyota Motor North America, where he directed energy management and reduction activities at more than 130 global sites. Mr. Hertel holds a BS in Engineering and a ME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Sachit Rao, is the Solutions Architect at Graphet Data Mining. He has been with Graphet for over 10 years leading comprehensive energy assessments for mid and large commercial and industrial sites in multiple states, including several campus-wide energy assessments. His capabilities include optimizing chilled water, compressed air and ammonia refrigeration systems. His current focus is architecting data-centric solutions for strategic energy management, continuous commissioning, facilitating best practices for energy efficiency and supporting utility and state programs. Sachit attended University of Cincinnati where his studies focused on engineering, business, and organizational leadership.
Sai Ganesan, is an Efficiency Consulting Services Manager and Lead Engineer at Graphet Data Mining, Sai brings extensive HVAC experience gained from over 65 projects across multiple market sectors. His ability to analyze complex building systems using Graphet’s data mining tools helps customers target and achieve significant energy savings. Sai ensures that Graphet’s high standards for accuracy and excellence are met by the entire engineering team, while also leading projects for companies to develop strategic energy plans, set targets and track energy performance metrics. He has a Masters’ degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. His team facilitation skills and consistent contribution to project success makes him a natural engineering team leader at Graphet.
