Our Mission is to improve the efficiency of the built environment in Tucson and help to mitigate the effects of climate change.

Who we are: The Tucson 2030 District is a private-public-nonprofit collaborative working to reduce building energy consumption, water use and transportation emissions 50% by 2030. By establishing the economic case for these reductions, we help property owners increase asset value, reduce operating costs, and create a healthier community.

Our specific District Goals reflect the performance targets set forth in Architecture 2030’s national Challenge for Planning, and are shared by other 2030 Districts across the country.
