The Los Angeles 2030 District will conduct, leverage, and/or make avaliable the following diverse, new, and existing services that members may not ordinarily have access to in one place. It is the intention of the Los Angeles 2030 District to utilize strategic partnerships to provide District Members with the tools, services, and support needed accomplish the performance goals of the District.

Training and ongoing support for ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager

The Los Angeles 2030 District will inform members about ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager trainings offered by the US EPA, the City of Los Angeles, Southern California Edison and other organizations. These trainings typically cover a basic understanding of the tool and do not cover every scenario members may encounter. For more hands-on assistance, the Los Angeles 2030 District has partnered with local firms that have helped many owners use Portfolio Manager, to work with District members. 
 

Energy Efficiency Contracting Services

The Los Angeles 2030 District will provide an integrated team approach and leverage future partnership with industry professionals to assist with audits, or efficiency assessments, that are comprehensive and ensure that all potential savings opportunities are identified.  The integrated EECS approach will assist property owners to align assessments with clear definition of improvement strategies, available incentives, grants and rebates, qualified service providers to execute the work, financing strategies to match owner requirements and with methods to maintain improvements over time. 
 

Streamlined Incentives

The Los Angeles 2030 District will leverage its relationship with local utilities to standardize and package all available incentives for District Members. The Los Angeles 2030 District will also encourage members to take advantage of these utilities incentives, saving the utilities time and resources on recruitment.
