In collaboration with Pete Baldwin, Co-Founder of Hydrotech Solutions, and the Dallas 2030 District presents a Lunch & Learn: Latest Innovative Water Technologies for Commercial Real Estate Facilities on June 27, 2019.

Measurement of water use is the key to a successful water conservation strategy, and several successes contribute to overall sustained water reduction for individual buildings. This session will provides an overview of common water challenges that commercial building operators encounter, and how digital meters and sensors with data analytics help to reduce annual operating costs while reducing risks from leaks and equipment failure that manual monitoring cannot effectively manage.

About the speaker:

Peter Baldwin, LEED GA, Commercial Water and Energy Conservation Specialist

Pete Baldwin is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of HydroTech Solutions, an innovator of commercial building water technologies for conserving water and energy. HydroTech was founded to bring water metrics and data analytics to commercial buildings with electronic water conditioning that increases water and energy efficiencies. Pete has founded and sold several companies in the environmental, finance and technology segments. He has led global account teams for AECOM and CH2M.

He currently consults with owners, and operators of commercial real estate and facilitates the development of strategies for implementing cost-effective energy and water efficiencies that reduce consumption while improving net operating income and asset value.
